To serve as a catalyst in elevating health condition of the vulnerable
population in Mindanao in two ways. First, it provides medical/health
services and psychosocial assistance to the vulnerable communities.
Second, it develops the capacity of the community to be able to respond
to their health issues thorugh its health volunteers.
